Anticipating the ever changing educational needs of students,
the school follows American curricular expectations and
students are being taught, in part by US teachers on
visitation agreements and in part by Educators of the
school.
The educators of the school are committed to all round
development of each student. They are well-qualified,
enthusiastic, energetic & resourceful people with
varied interests and cultural backgrounds. They are
continuous
learners. They have a dynamic, active approach to
education. Among them, there are regular dialogues on
instructing methods, classroom processes, child behaviour, social & global concerns. Various
workshops, training programmes & exposure to other
schools of excellence are organised to provide them
necessary dynamism for innovation, change and movement.
They care deeply that every student reaches to his maximum
potential. They are able and willing to offer the
students an education that goes beyond the classroom.
Selected
educators of the school are to be sent to USA, to attend the
University of South Carolina Aiken and to enroll in
their Education of School courses. They will do extensive
observations in Aiken and surrounding public &
private schools and meet American teachers. They are
to be taught by American teachers also - in India as well as
in USA. This will lead them to international perspective
on life.
