Located on a 52-acre sprawling campus near Ahmedabad, SGVP
currently offers education in English language from Stds. I
to VII and will ultimately reach Std. XII.
The school
prides itself on a superb individual attention by the
teachers as each class has only 26 students. With additional
specialist teachers to help students requiring special
assistance, the teacher-student ratio is unparalleled in the
field of Indian education.
SGVP has exemplary sports facilities. It offers karate,
roller skating, horse riding and swimming as part of its
normal curriculum. The institute has two separate
swimming pools, one of shallow depth for primary school
students and the second one 1/2 Olympic size for the
rest of the students. It has state-of-the-art fitness
centre/gymnasium, modern outdoor sports facilities and
plans are underway for building an Olympic style
athletic field that includes football/hockey grounds. Excellent
dining facilities are provided offering nutritious
breakfast, lunch and snacks to students, where health and
hygiene are considered of prime importance. Services of a
consulting nutritionist and health inspector are being
retained. A "Wellness Centre" with full time nurse
and an on-call doctor services will also be available.
A student counselling service with a professional consultant
is being established. Pastoral care is offered with the
staff working in conjunction with parents to support the
students.

Modern
dormitory facilities for on-campus residence include living
quarters, spacious dining hall that can accomodate 1000
students, with all modern amenities. Hygienic kitchen with
qualified chefs, cooks and nutritionist serve fresh healthy
meals four times a day. This includes fresh milk and dairy
products from Gurukul's own prize winning cattle and fruits
& vegetables grown on its own farm inside the campus.
