Morning Session
  |  Noon Session  |  Van Sabha  |  Evening Session

One more salient feature of the Shibir was Vansabha.
After Ganga Snan there was an arrangement of a sabha in the lap of nature. Surrounded with trees, the place was quite peaceful. At this very place, all Van Sabha were held during first Shibir with H.H. Shastriji Maharaj.
From 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm was the time for Van Sabha in which Elder saints were delivering the sermon for the upliftment of life.
Pujya Jogi Swamiji arrived thrice at Van Sabha. On Nov. 9, it was a fortunate occasion for saints. This day Pujya Madhavpriya Swami first explained the importance of things of prasadi given by Lord or great saints and then all saints got berakho (Mala containing few beads) made from wood of prasadi Rayan of village Vehlal, from the holy hands of Pujya Jogi Swamiji as a remembrance of Shibir.
On Nov. 10, all devotees had a benefit to have prasad of Shree Badrinatha from the holy hands of Pujya Jogi Swamiji.
On Nov. 13, Van Sabha was held in the campus of Geeta Bhavan just on the bank of Ganga. This place also has significance for Gurukul Family. Few decades back H.H. Shastriji Maharaj had attended a satsang sabha here and achieved inspiration of Brahmsatra.
Attractive hindolo (decorated swing) was prepared for Lord. Pujya Devkrishna Swami and Pujya Jogi Swamiji swung and saints took raas around. It was one more divine memory for participants. After the sabha, lady devotees also celebrated the utsav. On the same day, saints and devotees visited Ved Niketan – the place of first two Shibirs. The chief Shree Munishanadji has great affection for H.H. Shastriji Maharaj and Gurukul. He remembered the events with H.H. Shastriji Maharaj.
On Nov. 15 & 16 also, Van Sabha was arranged in the same campus of Geeta Bhavan. On Nov. 15, all participants were provided a question sheet of self-examination for introspection.

In the saint assembly, Pujya Gurudev Devkrishnadasji Swami recommended to sustain parampara for better saint life. Saints got one more marvellous occasion with Jogi Swamiji. Pujya Jogi Swamiji showered his happiness on saints and laid his holy hand on each saint. Pujya Devkrishna Swami blessed with chandala of Chandan to all saints.
In the assembly of Haribhakts Shree Dhirubhai Babaria and other devotees addressed the assembly.
The day Nov. 14, 2002 had one more glory with it. It was the day of bicentenary of Aarti ‘Jay Sadguru Swami…’. Exactly 200 years ago, Sdg. Shree Muktanand Swami had composed and sung this Aarti for the first time on Kartik Sud 10, 1859 i.e. 5th October, 1802. At 5:30 pm Pujya Prabhucharan Swami informed about the origin of Aarti which was at village Kalvani (Dist. Junagadh)
At 5:45 pm Pujya Jogi Swamiji and Pujya Devkrishnadasji Swami performed Aarti. All the devotees also participated in performing Aarti and the view was like festival of deepavali. On this auspicious occasion, Pujya Devkrishna Swami recommended all participants to sing the Aarti daily at evening, any where they were, without fail. All devotees accepted the words of Pujya Swamiji with great joy and promised to sing Aarti daily. With this celebration, Gurukul family started to celebrate the annual Jayanti of Aarti, first in the Sampraday.
In this Shibir, Ganga Aarti by Parmarth Niketan also attained major attraction. Daily at evening 5:30 pm on the bank of Ganga at Parmarth Niketan Ghat students – Rushikumars, guests, saints and haribhaktas gathered together for Ganga Aarti. Rushikumars and Pujya Muniji himself perform dhoon and prayer with full devotion. At the end, the beauty of the marvellous Aarti was one of the everlasting memories of life.
Pujya Jogi Swamiji and Pujya Parshad Shree Narayan Bhagat also participated in this celestial Ganga Aarti.

After Ganga Aarati at the bank of Gangaji, participants were performing Aarti, Stuti, Prayer and Niyam Chesta at the place of assembly followed by the supper.
