શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણ ગુરુકુલ, અમદાવાદ મેમનગર ખાતે સદ્‌ગુરુવર્ય શાસ્ત્રી શ્રી માધવપ્રિયદાસજી સ્વામીની પ્રેરણાથી ‘પ્રેમાનંદ મ્યુઝીક એકેડેમી’ દ્વારા સંગીત શિક્ષા તાલીમ કેન્દ્રનો શુભારંભ પુરાણી સ્વામી શ્રી ભકિતપ્રકાશદાસજી સ્વામી, પુરાણી શ્રી બાલકૃષ્ણદાસજી સ્વામીના વરદ હસ્તે તા. ૨૦ જૂન ૨૦૧૩ ભીમ એકાદશીના પુનીત પર્વે કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.આ પ્રસંગે પુરાણી બાલકૃષ્ણદાસજી સ્વામીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આજે ગુરુકુલ મેમનગર ખાતે પ્રેમાનંદ મ્યુઝીક એકેડેમી દ્વારા સંગીત શિક્ષા તાલીમ કેન્દ્રની સ્થાપના કરવામાં આવી છે. અધ્યાત્મ અને સંગીતને ક્યારેય જુદા પાડી ન શકાય.
