On the 8th of February, Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji and Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat State, Shree Narendra Modi have inaugurated the modern and technically advanced Hospital at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Rajkot. This was the memorable moment for the Gurukul family as the vision for the betterment of the society, articulated by Sdg. Shastriji Maharaj  shree Dharmajivandasji Swami is heading towards its ultimate reality in the form of this Hospital. On this occasion Sadguru Shashtri Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami had described that the India is a country enshrined with Karma Yog, Rajyog and Bhakti Yog. Describing the importance of Karma Yoga, Pujya Swamiji added that our ‘Karma’ determines what we can assimilate, Karma Yogi has the vision and that ‘Karma’ makes ourselves whatever we wish to. Pujya Swami admired the work of Honourable Chief Minister with regards to his ultimate work of ‘Kalpasar’ Project; the venture envisages the construction of a 64-km long dam linking Ghogha port on the eastern Saurashtra coast with Hansot in Bharuch district.
 

 

Honourable Chief Minister Shree Narendra Modi spoke about the importance of Indian philosophy, mythology and rituals directed towards such kind of social and mankind activities which we have inherited from our ancient saints and rushis and advised us to imbibe its virtues in true spirit. He narrated his heartily feelings towards the donors in such kind of valuable activities for the mankind and described that they are in real sense towards the path of giving back something to the society which gave us this kind of pleasure and happiness. He explained in detail the Gujarat and Indian Government’s programme towards the upliftment of farmers.


Sadguru Purani Shree Balkrishnadasji Swami had described the Spiritual, Educational, Cultural, Medical and Social activities for the betterment of mankind of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Rajkot and its branches during his introductory speech. He further narrated the whole journey started from Ayurved dispensary to 20 odd high tech ultra modern units developed by the Organisation in very short span of time since its inception.

Sadguru Purani Shree Gyanswarupdasji Swami had described Pujya Guruvarya Shashtri Shree Dharmajivandasji Swami’s multifarious work towards the society with the ‘Sarvajiva Hitavaha’ principle ordained by Lord Shree Swaminarayan.

Pujya Guruvarya Sadguru Shree Devkrishnadasji Swami insisted that this kind of service should reach a majority of needy people. Head of Shree Ramkrishna Ashram Shree Jivatmanandji and head of Aanadabava Ashram, Jamnagar Shree Deviprasadji have also blessed the activities of the organisation on this occasion.

On this occasion various political personalities such as Gujarat State Finance Minister, Shree Vajubhai Vala, Health Minister Shree I. K. Jadeja, Mayor Shree Mansukh Chavda, MLAs Shree Tapubhai Limbachiya, Shree Pravinbhai Mankadia, Shree Siddharthbhai Parmar, main donors Dr. Vijaybhai Dhaduk, Dr. Kothari, Shree Gunvantbhai Gandhi, Collector Shree Maheshbhai Joshi, Municipal Commissioner Shree Mukeshkumar, Deputy Collector Shree Girishbhai Shah etc.were invited.

Honourable Chief Minister had distributed momentous to main donors, Dr. Vijaybhai Dhaduk (U.S.A.) and Shree Arunbhai Shingla during the occasion.
