Mahavishnuyag

   

The fifth day of the Mahotsav was started with on of the salient features of the Mahotsav. 525 Yagna-kund Mahavishnu-Yag. A marvellous Yagna-shala was prepared by the personal care of Sadguru Purani Swami Shree Bhaktiprakasdasji Swami (Gurukul), Pujya Nilkanthdasji Swami (Gurukul) and Shree Jayantibhai, Shree Jagdishbhai from Rajkot. Shreedhar-yagnakunds were prepared as suggested in Rug-Veda.

In the morning after the Shrungar Arati, the flames of the Arati from all six temples have brought for the pious Agni in Yagna-kunds. After the initial poojan at Yagna-shala Pujya Maharajshree placed the pious Agni of Yagna in main Yagna-kund and holy saints placed the pious Agani in all remaining yagna-kunds.

Under the direction of Yagna-Acharya Shree Rameshbhai Shukla this Maha-vishnu Yag was performed according to the rituals of scriptures. 525 Yagna-Kunds, 4000 Yajmans and over 800 Brahmins participated in this Mahavishnu-Yag. During the three days holy Brahmins from Umareth offered the Ahuties of Samidh, Pure Ghee, Jav-Tal (barley-sesame), Dangar (paddy) other essential elements.

Thousands of devotees and visitors took the benefit of Darshan of such big, beautiful well arranged Mahavishnu Yagna.

 Shree Dhirubhai Kotadia and Shree Manishkumar Indulal Doshi were the Yajmans of this Mahavishnu-Yag. Pujya Divyaswarupdasji Swami and Pujya Gopalcharandasji Swami managed for all arrangements during the Yagna.
