A grand festival of Sharad Poornima celebrated at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Vishwavidya Pratishthanam (SGVP) in the holy presence of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji on October 25th, 2007 among thousands of devotees from various cities, towns and villages. On this occasion 6th Annual Pratishtha Utsav of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj was also celebrated.

On 24th October, A Shree-Hari Yagna was arranged as a Purshcharan of Annushthan of Stotra-path performed by Rushikumars of Darshanam Sanskrit Mahavidyalay, SGVP. Yagna was performed by learned Pandits of Sanskrit Mahavidyalay. On the same day evening a Jal-Yatra was also arranged with the pious water for the Abhishek of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj. Pious water was fetched from the Prasadi Step-well of Adalaj. A Bhajan-Sandya was held by Dr. Niranjanbhai Rajyaguru, a famous researcher on ancient Bhajans.

On October 25th, morning devotees took the benefit of divine Darshan of marvellous Abjishek of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj with Panchamrut, Kesar-Jal, various Tirth-Jal, Herbal juices, Fruit juices, Chandan and flowers. It was followed by Annakut Darshan with 71 delicious dishes.
