Gurukul Parivar celebrates festival of Sharad Poornima at SGVP every year. In the holy presence of Pujyapad Shree Jogi Swamiji, annual Pratishtha Utsav of Shree Ghanshyam Maharaj and Sharad Poornima were celebrated with devotional fervour. Thousands of devotees from Ahmedbad, Rajkot, Junagadh, Himmatnagar, Vapi, Valsad, Dahanu, Panvel, Kutch, Una, Vadodara, Surat, Mumbai, Nagpur, Puna and other cities, towns and surrounding regions participated with great zeal and devotion.

On Oct, 13 holy water was fetched from Shreeji-Prasadi step well, Adalaj trough Kavad. Sacred obeisance was offered to holy water and Jal-yatra was performed.

On day of Sharad Poornima, 14 Oct., in early morning Maha-pooja and Abhishek was performed as a ritual of annual Pratishtha festival. Abhishek was performed with Panchamrut, Kesar-Jal, Tirth-Jal, various fruit juices and 108 herbals along with chanting of Vedic Stotras, Janmangal Stotra and Vedic Mantras.

Abhishek was followed by Annakut darshan, decorated with delicious sweets, fried dishes and milk products.

Shree Vallabhabhai Babariya (Ahmedabad), Shree Naranbhai Varsani (London), Shree Mohanbapa (village: Aroda) were the yajmans of Annual Prtishtha Utsav.
