. . . ON THE DIVINE PATH
OF SATSANG
Human life is like a
potter's pot. in spite of being made up of soil, if it is filled
with gold coins, than it is called a pot of gold. similarly if the
human beings acquire knowledge then they are turned knowledgeable
and if he / she worships the God then are given the noun devotee.
The filling of golden
pot needs hard work for years and lots of adjustments. The ocean is
filled up by individual drops collected through edges. Similarly the
person who always seeks for virtues, after year of practice eligible
to be called a virtuous person in true sense. For this divine
purpose the ever inspiring lord Shreeji in Vachanamrut says, 'A
Satsangi should introspect himself, from where he has been in this
Satsang. In first year my inner self was like this and later on it
was like that…… This much I desired and craved for God. And this
much for materialistic things. This way a Satsangi should indulge in
self introspection and try to curb his craving for materialistic
things. If he fails to do so then he will be suffering from the
never finishing desired. It is like as if you have a loan account
pending and do not pay the monthly installments, then at the end of
the year, it will become very much difficult to pay the lump sum
amount. Thus you should be introspecting yourself regularly.
We are human beings
and also call ourselves Satsangis. But do we follow the divine order
of lord Shreeji? And indulge ourselves in self introspection? Do we
maintain any such account of our life? The most evident proof of
your becoming an ardent Sastsangi is to have a life free from any
kind of desirers. So let us start writing our own accounts and
introspect our own self.
